By creating an account in PicShare or joining a PicShare event as a guest, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.
PicShare is a mobile application that lets a host create a private event and invite guests to share photos within that event. Hosts and guests can react to photos, take part in challenges, post in a shared guestbook, unlock in-event achievements, and earn points through participation. Photos and content uploaded to an event are visible only to other participants of that same event.
PicShare is offered in two tiers per event: a free tier with basic sharing features, and a Pro tier with extended limits, gamification features, and optional Google Drive archiving. See section 11 for Pro-tier purchase terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use PicShare. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. Hosts are responsible for ensuring that any guests they invite also meet the age requirement.
Guests join events using an invite code provided by the host. As a guest you do not need a permanent account, but you agree to these Terms each time you join an event. The host of an event may remove or block you from that event at any time.
You agree that you will not:
You retain ownership of the photos, guestbook entries, and other content you upload to PicShare. By uploading content to an event, you grant PicShare a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and display that content to other participants of the same event, for the purpose of operating the service. For Pro events where the host has connected Google Drive, you also acknowledge that the host's own copies of event photos will be stored in the host's personal Drive account under their control. This licence ends when the content is deleted from PicShare (for example when the event is removed or you delete your account).
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. PicShare does not pre-screen content but reserves the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
As a host you are responsible for the events you create. This includes:
Any participant can report a photo or guestbook entry that they believe violates these Terms. Reports are sent to the host of the relevant event. If a host fails to act on serious violations you may also escalate the report to us by email at the address below, and we may remove content or terminate accounts as needed.
PicShare, its name, logo, source code, and design are owned by PicShare's operator and protected by intellectual-property law. These Terms do not grant you any right to use the PicShare name, logo, or trademarks except as needed to use the app itself.
PicShare offers a Pro tier per event. Pro can be unlocked for a specific event in one of two ways:
Pro purchases are per event, are not subscriptions, and are not transferable between events or accounts. Pro features are only available while the event exists; if the event is deleted (by you or via automatic retention), the purchase cannot be moved to a new event.
All payment processing is handled by Apple or Google according to their own terms. PicShare does not see or store your card details or bank information. Refunds for in-app purchases are governed by the platform's policies: refund requests should be directed to Apple or Google respectively. We may, at our discretion, help facilitate a refund request in cases of genuine service failure.
Promotional discount codes are personal, single-use (per redemption slot) and not transferable for resale or exchange. We may invalidate codes that are leaked, shared in unintended ways, or used in violation of these Terms. Codes have no cash value.
Hosts of Pro events can optionally connect a Google Drive account so that event photos are also stored in the host's own Drive folder. By connecting Drive you authorize PicShare to:
PicShare does not read your existing Drive content, contacts, calendar, or any other Google data. You can disconnect Drive at any time from inside the app, and revoke PicShare's access in your Google account settings at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
PicShare is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or permanently available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or parts of the service at any time, with or without notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PicShare is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the content uploaded by other users is accurate, lawful, or non-infringing.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PicShare and its operator(s) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the app.
Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable mandatory law (for example, liability for gross negligence or intentional misconduct, or rights consumers have under EU consumer-protection law).
You may stop using PicShare at any time. You may also delete your account and data directly from inside the app at any time — see the Delete Account page for the full procedure.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if your use of the service exposes us or other users to legal risk or harm. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any in-app purchase already used to unlock an event.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last Updated" date. If the changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you in the app before the new Terms take effect. Continued use of PicShare after the update means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising out of these Terms or your use of PicShare shall be brought before the competent courts of Sweden, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings in another forum.

Genom att skapa ett konto i PicShare eller ansluta dig till ett PicShare-event som gäst godkänner du dessa användarvillkor ("Villkoren"). Om du inte godkänner villkoren ska du inte använda appen.
PicShare är en mobilapplikation där en värd kan skapa ett privat event och bjuda in gäster att dela foton inom det eventet. Värdar och gäster kan reagera på foton, delta i utmaningar, skriva inlägg i en gemensam gästbok, låsa upp utmärkelser (achievements) och tjäna poäng genom deltagande. Foton och innehåll som laddas upp till ett event är synliga endast för andra deltagare i samma event.
PicShare erbjuds i två nivåer per event: en gratisnivå med grundläggande dela-funktioner, samt en Pro-nivå med utökade gränser, gamification-funktioner och valfri arkivering till Google Drive. Se avsnitt 11 för köpvillkor för Pro.
Du måste vara minst 13 år för att använda PicShare. Genom att använda appen bekräftar du att du uppfyller detta krav. Värdar ansvarar för att de gäster de bjuder in också uppfyller åldersgränsen.
Gäster ansluter sig till event med en inbjudningskod från värden. Som gäst behöver du inget permanent konto, men du godkänner dessa Villkor varje gång du går med i ett event. Värden för ett event kan ta bort eller blockera dig från det eventet när som helst.
Du förbinder dig att inte:
Du behåller äganderätten till foton, gästboksinlägg och annat innehåll du laddar upp till PicShare. Genom att ladda upp innehåll till ett event ger du PicShare en begränsad, icke-exklusiv licens att lagra och visa innehållet för andra deltagare i samma event, i syfte att driva tjänsten. För Pro-event där värden har anslutit Google Drive accepterar du även att värdens egna kopior av event-foton lagras i värdens personliga Drive-konto under hens kontroll. Licensen upphör när innehållet raderas från PicShare (till exempel när eventet tas bort eller när du raderar ditt konto).
Du ansvarar ensam för det innehåll du laddar upp. PicShare granskar inte innehåll i förväg men förbehåller sig rätten att ta bort innehåll som bryter mot dessa Villkor eller mot tillämplig lag.
Som värd ansvarar du för de event du skapar, vilket inkluderar att:
Varje deltagare kan rapportera ett foto eller gästboksinlägg som de anser bryter mot dessa Villkor. Rapporter skickas till värden för aktuellt event. Om en värd inte agerar på allvarliga överträdelser kan du också eskalera rapporten till oss via e-postadressen nedan, och vi kan då ta bort innehåll eller stänga konton vid behov.
PicShare, dess namn, logotyp, källkod och design ägs av PicShares operatör och skyddas av immaterialrättslig lagstiftning. Dessa Villkor ger dig ingen rätt att använda PicShares namn, logotyp eller varumärken utöver vad som krävs för att använda appen.
PicShare erbjuder en Pro-nivå per event. Pro kan låsas upp för ett specifikt event på två sätt:
Pro-köp gäller per event, är inte prenumerationer och är inte överförbara mellan event eller konton. Pro-funktioner är endast tillgängliga så länge eventet finns; om eventet raderas (av dig eller via automatisk retention) kan köpet inte flyttas till ett nytt event.
All betalningshantering sker av Apple respektive Google enligt deras egna villkor. PicShare ser eller lagrar aldrig dina kortuppgifter eller bankuppgifter. Återbetalningar för in-app-köp regleras av respektive plattforms regler: återbetalningsförfrågningar ska skickas till Apple respektive Google. Vi kan, efter eget val, hjälpa till att förmedla en återbetalningsförfrågan vid genuint tjänstefel.
Kampanjkoder är personliga, engångskoder (per inlösningsplats) och får inte överlåtas, säljas eller bytas. Vi kan ogiltigförklara koder som läckts, delats på oavsiktliga sätt eller använts i strid med dessa Villkor. Koder har inget kontantvärde.
Värdar för Pro-event kan valfritt ansluta ett Google Drive-konto så att event-foton också lagras i värdens egen Drive-mapp. Genom att ansluta Drive ger du PicShare tillåtelse att:
PicShare läser inte ditt befintliga Drive-innehåll, dina kontakter, kalender eller annan Google-data. Du kan koppla bort Drive när som helst inifrån appen och återkalla PicShares åtkomst i ditt Google-konto på myaccount.google.com/permissions.
PicShare tillhandahålls "i befintligt skick" och "som tillgängligt". Vi garanterar inte att tjänsten är oavbruten, felfri eller permanent tillgänglig. Vi kan ändra, stänga av eller avveckla hela eller delar av tjänsten när som helst, med eller utan föregående meddelande.
I största möjliga utsträckning som tillåts enligt tillämplig lag tillhandahålls PicShare utan några garantier, vare sig uttryckliga eller underförstådda, inklusive garantier om säljbarhet, lämplighet för ett visst ändamål eller icke-intrång. Vi garanterar inte att innehåll uppladdat av andra användare är korrekt, lagligt eller fritt från intrång.
I största möjliga utsträckning som tillåts enligt tillämplig lag ansvarar PicShare och dess operatör(er) inte för indirekta, tillfälliga, särskilda, följdmässiga eller bestraffande skador, eller för förlust av data, vinst eller goodwill, som uppstår genom din användning av eller oförmåga att använda appen.
Inget i dessa Villkor begränsar något ansvar som inte kan begränsas enligt tvingande lag (till exempel ansvar för grov vårdslöshet eller uppsåtligt agerande, eller konsumenters rättigheter enligt EU:s konsumentskyddslagstiftning).
Du kan sluta använda PicShare när som helst. Du kan också radera ditt konto och dina data direkt inifrån appen när som helst — se sidan Radera konto för full procedur.
Vi kan stänga av eller avsluta din åtkomst om du bryter mot dessa Villkor eller om din användning av tjänsten utsätter oss eller andra användare för rättslig risk eller skada. Uppsägning ger dig ingen rätt till återbetalning av in-app-köp som redan använts för att låsa upp ett event.
Vi kan komma att uppdatera dessa Villkor från tid till annan. Den uppdaterade versionen publiceras på denna sida med ett nytt "Senast uppdaterad"-datum. Om ändringarna är väsentliga vidtar vi rimliga åtgärder för att informera dig i appen innan de nya Villkoren börjar gälla. Fortsatt användning av PicShare efter uppdateringen innebär att du accepterar de reviderade Villkoren.
Dessa Villkor regleras av svensk lag, utan tillämpning av dess lagvalsregler. Tvister som uppstår med anledning av dessa Villkor eller din användning av PicShare ska prövas av behörig domstol i Sverige, om inte tvingande konsumentskyddslagstiftning i ditt hemvistland ger dig rätt att väcka talan i annat forum.
